Planning Specialist

This position reports to Demand Planning Lead and is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

This role will be part of the Supply Chain / Demand Planning team, responsible for driving accurate demand forecasting, supporting supply planning, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet business and customer requirements.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for executing demand and supply planning activities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.

Manage demand forecasting and planning processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with business targets
Support innovation and renovation projects, ensuring proper planning and execution from a supply chain perspective
Execute supply planning and inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels
Ensure sellable order planning, aligning supply with customer demand
Maintain and update master data and documentation to ensure system accuracy and process compliance

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, or Operations
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills and English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Supply Chain operations or Demand Planning
Familiarity with ERP systems and analytical tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
