R2P Associate – Japanese
This role will be part of the Requisition to Pay (R2P) organization, which provides end-to end-requisition to pay services on enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world. This role will be primarily responsible for R2P related systems & solutions testing as well as providing various operation support in R2P service delivery.
This position reports into R2P Operations Team Lead and is based at Kenvue locations in Philippines (Manila).

What You Will Do
The R2P Associate is responsible for providing operations support including but not limited to testing new or updated R2P related systems and solutions, executing R2P related day to day transactions (i.e. PO, invoices or payment) as per task designation by Operations Team Leads and defined operation disciplines. The individual must be able to build and maintain effective relationships both inside and outside Kenvue and is responsible for taking initiative to follow-up with stakeholders where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform new or updated R2P system testing as per designated scope and scripts under instructions
- Collaborate with other R2P Associates and IT in completing testing activities and capturing test results and defects
- Documents the issues discovered during testing and work with relevant teams to resolve them before deployment.
- Perform the necessary troubleshooting if necessary to resolve any identified issues along the way
- Support Operations Team Lead in the day-to-day R2P operations as needed, including R2P transaction execution (i.e. review & process invoices / payment requests etc.), internal control activities, report generation & analysis, and participation in ad hoc payables related troubleshooting as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- 1-3 years demonstrated proficiency and experience with invoice processing/accounts payable processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluent English and intermediate Japanese required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable
- Timely response, Initiative and Ownership
- Demonstrates traits in line with Kenvue behaviors
- Professional certification (e.g. SAP related) desirable
Functional competencies
- Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills as well as working knowledge of SAP and associated systems e.g. Ariba.
