Role reports to: Senior Zonal Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai
What you will do
The Field Business Manager is responsible for creating and executing sales plans to achieve objectives by managing multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts. You will schedule and conduct sales presentations, develop customer-focused strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction while providing input on sales forecasts and market insights:
Key Responsibilities
Forge and nurture dynamic relationships with key field clients, including physicians and healthcare professionals, through regular visits and effective communication to drive business growth, brand loyalty, and understand their needs and market conditions.
Develop and implement strategic and tailored sales plans and strategies by analyzing regional market trends, customer insights, and feedback to maximize impact, increase market penetration, and recommend actionable strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to design, implement, and coordinate localized promotional campaigns and sales presentations tailored to diverse customer segments and product-specific requirements, ensuring alignment of sales strategies and optimizing resource allocation.
Leverage data-driven approaches and monitor performance data and market dynamics to identify untapped opportunities, optimize territory performance, and continuously improve sales results.
Act as the frontline ambassador of the company by delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations that inspire confidence and trust, while promptly resolving customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to support management decision-making and track progress against objectives.
Lead attrition management strategies and drive retention initiatives across contingent workers, ensuring continuity of business.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
4 to 9 years of proven experience in field sales, business management, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
Associate’s Degree or equivalent education with a strong foundation in business principles and customer engagement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers effectively.
Preferred Candidates from Pediatric or Dermatology.
Desired Qualifications
Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and data analytics to drive strategic planning and enhance client interactions.
Proficiency in developing and executing targeted sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to evaluate market opportunities and develop actionable sales plans.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and managing sales data.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively position products and engage stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrate agility in adapting to fast-paced environments and evolving market conditions with innovative problem-solving.
