Your Role:
As a Key Account Specialist for the Pharmacy Channel, you will be responsible for managing and developing local pharmacy chains in your assigned region. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that our OTC and dermo-cosmetic product categories are well-represented and performing successfully. You’ll work closely with marketing, trade, and field teams to execute strategies that drive sales, education, and brand visibility at the pharmacy level.
You won’t just follow plans — you’ll co-create them, own them, and see your ideas come to life in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with local pharmacy networks.
- Manage both sales value and quality targets across the OTC and dermo categories.
- Negotiate annual and quarterly commercial terms with assigned pharmacy groups.
- Ensure effective execution of agreements directly at the pharmacy level.
- Launch and monitor marketing and promotional activities across your accounts.
- Secure optimal product placement and exposure in-store.
- Educate pharmacy staff on product usage and benefits.
- Forecast client-level sales and manage customer budgets efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic sales (as KAS or similar role).
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Confident in using sales and negotiation techniques effectively.
- Daily commitment and ownership of your territory.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to organize your own work.
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on execution.
- Valid category B driving license.
- University degree (minimum bachelor’s level).
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
What You’ll Get in Return:
- Work with market-leading global brands.
- Access to tailored development programs and a clear career path within our EMEA Sales organization.
- A supportive, team-first culture that values learning, ownership, and ambition.
- Hybrid working model (field-based role, with flexibility and autonomy).
- Competitive compensation package + bonus.
- Benefits such as private medical care, life insurance, sports card, and more.
- Opportunities for international exposure and cross-functional collaboration.
Who You’ll Work With:
You’ll be joining a dynamic, experienced sales team that supports each other, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins together. We care about your growth just as much as our customers’.
