HybridWhat you will do
The Director, Global Partnerships is responsible for leading our agency strategy, roster and overarching process to ensure we are maximizing the value from our partners to unlock business growth. This includes working across the Segments and Markets to understand our brand strategies and ensure we’re maximizing the agency talent and spend, capability and talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Shape a global agency strategy, roster and renumeration (OKRs) to create partnership with an agency ecosystem with a clear value proposition
Lead the non-working media efforts as it relates to agency rosters and driving an efficient and effective model globally. Working across functions to co-lead the principals and implementation to shift non-working media into working to fuel growth.
Lead and oversee the development and execution of creative agency partnerships to enhance the company's brand performance, creative effectiveness, and innovation aspirations to build industry leading brands.
Set the model for how our partners should work effectively as an IAT and within the Kenvue operating model.
Leverage our relationships and spend power to drive incremental value and efficiency.
Responsible for overseeing the on-going roster and scoping process in partnership with procurement and brand teams.
Assess gaps in capability through tight partnership with our global and local market teams to ensure Kenvue constantly advances ahead of competition.
Support building the capability for best practices in partnerships. Setting strategy, aligning resources, designing win/win frameworks to elevating business outcomes.
Bring the outside in by staying updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table to remain ahead of the market.
Design a partnerships strategy for how Kenvue shows up with our external partners to celebrate success both internally and externally (i.e. Case Studies, Industry Awards, Conferences, etc.
Set clear renumeration strategy and program with our agency roster that aligns with our business and growth objectives.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in agencies and/or brand management.
Depth in brand strategy, creative excellence, content execution, and consumer experience.
Proven track record of successful partnerships and driving incremental value with creative agencies.
Proven experience in building and scaling programs and change agendas that engage and incentivize partners.
Ability to set a clear direction and bring others along.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to “connect the dots” across teams.
Strong negotiations skills.
