What will you

Key Responsibilities

1.     Strategic Leadership:

·         Develop and execute the insights and analytics strategy aligned with JP/KR  Kenvue’s business objectives and strategic priorities.

·         Lead a high-performing team of analysts and insights professionals to deliver actionable insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, consumer, HCP and customer engagement initiatives.

2.    Consumer Insights:

·         Drive consumer research initiatives to gather social,  qualitative and quantitative insights about customer preferences, behaviors, and trends.

·         Identify key consumer segments and create strategies to engage them effectively with projects from fundamental category & consumer understanding, brand health tracking, execution optimization and competitive intelligence.

3.    Data Analytics:

·         Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources to inform business decisions and strategy.

·         Utilize advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modeling and data visualization, to derive insights from complex datasets.

4.    Collaboration:

·         Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure insights are integrated into business strategies.

·         Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner in order to drive business growth

·         Work as part of a matrixed organizational structure coordinating with global, regional and local stakeholders to both learn and share insights.

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·    At least 10 years of related experience in OTC and FMCG industries for both market research, insight and analytics roles

·    Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

·    Proven track record of strategic thinking and executional optimization to drive business impact.

·    Ability to translate data and analyses into insightful and impactful recommendations (connection the dots, storytelling, influencing)

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·    Experience in identifying and recommending research methodologies and preferred suppliers

·    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

·    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

·    Fluent language skills in both English and Japanese

·    University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

 

Desired Qualifications

·    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).

·    Passion for consumer health and a commitment to improving lives through data-driven decision-making.
