Wat je gaat doen

As Listerine & JBaby ® Brand Assistant, you will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives in Mexico. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive brand growth through consumer insights, business analysis, campaign execution, and innovation support.

The role requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring excellence in execution.

Main Objective

Support the development and execution of brand strategies by coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of brand activities aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, sell-in/sell-out performance, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates for the brand team.
• Assist in the execution and tracking of media campaigns, digital activities, influencer initiatives, and promotional programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Support innovation and renovation projects by coordinating assets, timelines, product information, and launching materials.
• Monitor new product launches and provide post-launch performance analysis and recommendations.
• Assist in budget monitoring, purchase order management, and monthly tracking of marketing expenses.
• Develop and update sales materials, launch toolkits, customer presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints.
• Support forecast discussions and demand planning activities through business analysis and performance tracking.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or related areas.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
