Role reports to: Senior Manager Regional Supply Planning

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Travel %: 10%

 

What you will do 

The Planning Manager External Manufacturing is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads, coaches, and empowers a team of E2E planners in the area of external manufacturing

  • Manages all activities related to the execution from net requirements to the delivery of finish goods to the distribution center

  • Implementation of inventory management policies and procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs

  • Ensures execution of all the necessary due diligence enabling the delivery of all KPIs, and proactively resolves and escalates issues as appropriate

  • Analyzes results and initiates action to meet business goals. Improves profitability through process improvements and optimal utilization of resources

  • Acts as leader for complexity reduction and compliance projects, driving relevant analysis across the entire supply chain

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5-8 years experiences in Supply Chain Planning (Supply) and broad-based understanding of business operations, with particular focus on external manufacturing planning and execution and overall E2E supply chain dynamics

  • Planning experience and knowledge of Kenvue planning systems (SAP, OMP, SNC) is highly desired, strong Excel capabilities are required

  • Analytical mindset, sound judgment and decision making, problem solver

  • Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to confidently present complex information

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives

  • Ability to prioritize requests and propose effective alternatives when necessary

  • Strong level of credibility with internal and external partners

  • Ability to influence and understand differing needs of partners and stakeholders

  • Fluent level of written and spoken English

  • Travel: up to 10% domestically and internationally
