This position reports into Zonal Manager and is based at Thane.

Role reports to: Zonal Manager

Location: Thane

What you will do

The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales growth and managing business operations within the Thane region. You will develop and execute strategic plans to achieve targets and build strong customer relationships:

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead innovative sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of Thane, driving exponential growth and market penetration.

  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders to create a robust sales ecosystem.

  • Leverage data analytics and emerging technologies to anticipate market trends and proactively adjust sales approaches.

  • Design and implement community engagement initiatives that enhance brand loyalty and customer retention within the region.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop customized sales campaigns that resonate with Haryana’s diverse customer base

What we are looking for

Education: Required Graduation, Preferred MBA

Required Years of Related Experience: 5-8 year of experience in FMCG Sales

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop unconventional sales tactics

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships

  • Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience leveraging digital tools and social media platforms

  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams

  • Ability to think outside the box to disrupt traditional market approaches

  • Flair for building authentic relationships across diverse cultural and business landscapes

  • Capability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies

  • Expertise in amplifying sales outreach and engagement through digital channels

  • Visionary leadership with passion and agility to drive transformative growth in a competitive regional market Schedules appointments for a medium territory/client base and meets with new and existing customers, seeking to expand the business' market share.

  • Provides information and support as required to secure sales.

  • Utilizes support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives. Develops sales of new products and searches for new areas in which to sell existing products. Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.

  • Informs company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning.

  • Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus as indicated to achieve sales goals Studies and fulfils territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals. Recommends plan adjustments as needed.
