What you will do

工作职责

• 根据市场策略、数据分析，制定并分配下达各区域的业务考核销售指标，运用数字化推广工具管理团队并促进大区业务销售目标的达成。

• 组织医药数字化营销代表根据公司策略来制定年度业务销售计划，确保业务销售和分销目标的达成。

• 和市场部、商业团队配合，制定区域的渠道和产品发展策略、计划，并带领、监督团队完成POA和各项公司计划。

• 对公司的资源进行合理利用及的分配公司资源，并给予团队清晰的指引，确保业务使各项活动投资取得较高的投入产出比。

• 定期进行区域管理会议，听取医药数字化营销代表的生意回顾，结合公司的生意分析报告，修正区域的策略和计划。

• 对团队成员进行绩效评估和辅导，制定优秀员工的职业发展计划，保持团队合理的人员流动率。

• 支持公司的各项创新举措，带领大区各个团队执行新举措，搭建创新平台。

学历及工作经验要求

• 大学本科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。

• 8年以上外资医药行业销售管理经验。

其他相关要求

• 能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
