HybridWhat you will do
The Senior Manager, Content Model, BDT Lead, Production is responsible for rolling out the strategy in North America from the global content and production model, Content Factory to all Brand Development Teams (BDTs). This individual will ensure a seamless execution of the future roadmap, infrastructure, and KPIs.
To be successful, this individual will need to lead the change, set clear direction, quickly resolve complex issues, and take strong accountability as missed execution directly impacts our ability to deliver in market campaigns and activations. In short, this individual owns the execution and success of the global content and production model with BDTs in North America.
Key Responsibilities
Work in close partnership with Sr. Director, Head of Production, Global Marketing Operations, as well as Director, Sr. Managers and Manager for other regions, to develop and optimize the global content and production model
Lead and oversee in North America all aspects of content and production model, with BDTs, from design through to execution and key results
Ensure seamless execution of North American project pipeline and roll out change management program to ensure adoption
Evaluate and approve standard operational practices for digital production
Work closely with North American BDTs to understand current needs and future capabilities / services to design short-term, mid-term, and long-term roadmap
Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and evolution of the model including innovation opportunities for greater efficiency or effectiveness.
Work in close partnership with MarTech team to ensure seamless execution in North America
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production goals and communicate targets, ensuring alignment with digital transformation initiatives
Review, assess and mitigate potential risks to ensure brand protection, consumer privacy, and creative liability (talent / usage rights, fonts, data ownership, etc.)
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in consumer experience, creative production or related field
University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical background to assess and resolve digital operational issues
Experience in safety and quality compliance in digital production processes
Desired Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects
Proven track record in managing and developing direct reports with a focus on digital skills and competencies
Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and timeline constraints
Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of operational budget management for digital initiatives
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple digital projects / initiatives
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in a digital production environment
Ability to interpret and communicate complex digital business data
Experience in establishing and monitoring operational guidelines for digital production
