What you will do

工作职责：

负责经销商进，销，存管理；按照公司规定的PDTR的流程，制定经销商和门店的活动计划，确保相关渠道费用高效合规 负责指导、监督实地销售团队（DSR）的工作流程，考核及渠道TP 的管控； 负责重点零售客户KLKA生意管理，总体计划和门店执行跟进，谈判能力强，负责年度，季度JBP； 负责区域二分商的开拓和管理，增加区域内网点覆盖率和下沉市场的拓展； 负责区域公司项目的有效开展和执行。

经验要求：

大学本科以上学历，有3年以上相关行业的从业经验 具备良好的经销商渠道运作能力，有大型，小型卖场经验以及分销商管理经验优先； 以客户为导向，良好的分析与创新能力，较强的团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳的奋斗精神 具备一定的领导能力，通过清晰的KPI布达和追踪，制定高效的业绩考核办法，带领业务代表团队完成公司各项业绩指标； 有积极工作心态，良好的创新能力，责任心强，能适应出差 熟练使用word，excel，PPT等办公软件
