HybridWhat you will do
In this position, you will act as a business leader to drive growth on your brand through strategies & executions that have national impact. You will become an integral part of a brand or marketing capabilities team where you will build core marketing competencies and take ownership of areas like advertising, consumer promotion, market research, analytics, product/package improvements, digital capabilities and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting marketing communications (e.g.. Digital, eCommerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners.
- Uncovering insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations.
- Successfully setting & ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis.
- Conducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations.
- Collaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments.
- Owning your brand’s P&L & making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
- Current Graduate student completing their MBA or Master’s Degree (concentration in Brand Management or Marketing is preferred) with intended graduation between December 2025 - July 2026
- Availability to start in July of 2026; this position is based at our World Headquarters in Summit, New Jersey
- 3+ years of business experience
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 months of previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) internship experience is highly preferred
- You should possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others
- Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Budget management and forecasting experience
