What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager, Digital Experience & Engagement will lead the development and execution of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to increase the visibility, accuracy, and discoverability of Listerine, Band-Aid, and Neosporin content across AI-powered search and emerging consumer discovery platforms. This role will also lead the strategic management of the brands' websites and CRM ecosystem, ensuring content supports brand priorities, delivers a best-in-class consumer experience, and integrates seamlessly across the broader marketing communications ecosystem.

Partnering closely with the brand & technology teams, this individual will identify growth opportunities, optimize digital content and consumer engagement, and serve as the team's AI champion by driving adoption of new tools and capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness and business impact.

This position requires a consumer-centric marketer with a strong digital and AI-forward mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Lead the development and execution of the brand's Generative Engine Optimization strategy to improve visibility, accuracy, and recommendations across AI-powered search and answer engines.
  • Leverage analytics and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities to increase the discoverability, accuracy, and authority of Listerine, Band-Aid & Neosporin content within evolving AI-driven consumer information channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally to create and optimize high-quality, SEO/AEO/GEO-friendly content that drives engagement and organic visibility
  • Track and report key performance indicators across website, CRM, content, and GEO initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies impacting digital marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Serve as the team's AI champion, identifying and implementing emerging AI tools and capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness, streamline workflows, enhance consumer engagement, and drive business impact.

Website Strategy & Consumer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of brand websites & CRM.
  • Ensure website content, messaging, and user experience align with brand strategy & voice, business priorities, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Lead content planning and prioritization to ensure timely support of key business initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Champion website best practices, including user experience (UX), accessibility, search optimization, content governance, and conversion optimization.
  • Manage the execution and optimization of consumer email marketing programs with CRM strategies that strengthen consumer relationships, increase engagement, and drive retention.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience managing website content or digital consumer experiences.
  • Experience managing project timelines, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including website developers, UX teams, creative agencies, and marketing stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance metrics and consumer insights

Desired

  • Experience working with consumer healthcare, oral care, personal care, or consumer packaged goods brands.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), web analytics platforms, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, UX principles, and digital measurement.
  • Knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search trends, and evolving content discovery ecosystems.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies, developers, and creative partners.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
