HybridWhat you will do
The Account & Analytics Manager will play a multi-functional role on the Costco & Dollarama team. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our account management team by handling a variety of tasks essential for maintaining and growing client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Deliver on Brand objectives and strategies within the assigned customer/category portfolio.
Utilize analytics and insights to identify joint value opportunities for Kenvue and the customers, focusing on sales growth, ROI, profitability, and category growth.
Prepare regular and ad hoc data mining and analysis reports for sales management to identify potential market opportunities.
Publish standard reports and document management.
Analyze and interpret internal and external factors affecting sales performance and provide insights on sales force effectiveness.
Troubleshoot account alignment and performance data inquiries, offering actionable information and counsel.
Prepare presentations and reports to support sales meetings.
Manage deal sheets, ensuring accurate recording and communication of details.
Aid in managing deductions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely processing.
Support annual promotion and merchandising plans, new product listings, and revenue growth management.
Coordinate and deliver information for SKU listings, discontinuations, and cost management.
Assist with priority projects and analytics as required.
Bilingual in French & English (both written and spoken) is preferred but not required.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years professional business experience in CPG sales, marketing, customer development, business analytics, and/or category management
Ability to prioritize and to effectively balance multiple projects/initiatives
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data
Strong digital literacy, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications required
Strong analytical skill set and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and shape a business story
Demonstrated ability to navigate in a matrix organization, developing relationships and moving past barriers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is needed
In-depth computer skills, with the ability to create, manipulate, revise, and modify data, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
