Senior Director – Cyber Data and Analytics
Location: São José dos Campos, SP, Brazil
Work Location: Hybrid
What you will do:
As an AI Governance Senior Analyst, you will support the implementation and monitoring of AI governance frameworks, ensuring that AI technologies are deployed securely and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, analyze compliance, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures for AI systems.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of cybersecurity tools and processes related to AI security, risk management, and governance.
- Support the development and enforcement of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for AI technologies.
- Analyze risks associated with AI systems and provide recommendations for mitigation and best practices.
- Perform cybersecurity reviews for AI application/software implementations, identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance requirements.
- Support Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) activities, including monitoring, assessing, and improving the security posture of data used in AI applications.
- Monitor compliance and performance metrics related to AI governance, preparing reports and proposing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborate with IT, business, and cybersecurity teams to align AI governance initiatives with organizational goals.
- Participate in audits and assessments of AI systems to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant operations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing feedback and insights with stakeholders.
Required Years of Related Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or AI Security.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of AI technologies, cybersecurity principles, and risk management practices.
- Experience with governance frameworks and compliance standards for technology systems.
- Understanding of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) concepts and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data engineering, intelligent automation, or machine learning is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
