What you will do

The Amazon Customer Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end ownership of the Amazon site experience for Neutrogena, driving growth through strategic merchandising, influencer activations, and performance optimization. This role combines analytical rigor with creative execution, leveraging consumer insights, keyword strategies, and PDP enhancements to maximize traffic and conversion. You’ll collaborate across brand teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, manage significant activation budgets, and innovate within one of the most dynamic e-commerce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies that deliver against brand share, growth, and engagement objectives — across influencer, sampling, OOH and onsite channels.

  • Collaborate with Brand Activation leads on go-to-market channel planning for new item launches, tentpole/deal moments and partnerships, ensuring authentic and distinct amplification.

  • Translate traffic and behavior insights into actionable plans, leveraging consumer data, cultural trends, and performance data to implement keywords strategies and PDP optimizations.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future initiatives and enhance KPIs.

  • Champion growth strategies by monitoring industry trends and innovating to improve performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure positive customer outcomes and partner to enable share of growth on Amazon.

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years in performance marketing with proven growth impact.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of customer marketing tactics including Amazon merchandising programs (Influencer, sampling, etc.).

  • Multi-channel customer strategy experience.

  • Experience managing and developing in fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership and influence skills.

  • Passion for innovation and digital commerce.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
