INGENIERO DE MANTENIMIENTO DE SERVICIOS INDUSTRIAL

What you will do

Principales Funciones:

  • Optimizar la planeación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo bajo CMMS SAP y el modelo KOE.
  • Liderar la mejora continua en HardServicesmediante benchmarking y rutinas Kaizen.
  • Participar en reuniones clave de planta para garantizar disponibilidad y confiabilidad de servicios críticos.
  • Apoyar el cumplimiento de programas corporativos y reguladores (Compliance, EHS, Quality, Legal, Procurement, IT, Finanzas, Seguridad Física).
  • Gestionar presupuestos, proyectos de ahorro y optimización de gastos.
  • Realizar análisis de fallas (RCA) para garantizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los sistemas críticos.
  • Mantener actualizados los programas regionales y locales de Facilities(ESSP, BSP, FCA/FCI, VFA Portal, Control Legionella, FM Global).
  • Brindar apoyo en tareas de mantenimiento críticas.

Requisitos:

  • Un grado universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial.
  • Minimo 3 años de experiencia en una posicion similar, en la industria farmaceutica.
  • Ingles avanzado y manejo de SAP.
  • Se valoran certificaciones adicionales
