Sr. Manager - DTO Strategy & Operation

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate preparation for monthly performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely data entry by data entry owners each month.
  • Create leadership report-outs in PowerPoint to supplement the Performance Dashboard in PowerBI.
  • Track and manage follow-ups from performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with metric owners to develop and implement action plans aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Track vacancies, recruiting status, and planned start dates for new hires, in partnership with various hiring managers.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of organizational structure.
  • Provide regular status updates on recruiting activities and quarterly financial forecasts related to staffing.
  • Publish organizational announcements and support other onboarding activities as required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of business experience is required.
  • Prior experience managing and facilitating a process, especially performance management, financial management, or other similar areas.
  • Proactive attitude, comfortable following up and driving adherence to timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Data & Analytics and/or Digital Product Management concepts and processes is strongly preferred.
  • Experience writing and publishing business communications is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in Digital Transformation or Agile Product Management domain is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum framework is a plus.
