Kenvue’s Deliver Group is part of Kenvue global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all Kenvue. Deliver strives to deliver an outstanding customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution, and transportation. In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and handle supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities.

As the Advanced Analytics Lead, you will provide technical support for the data and analysis infrastructure used within the customer logistics functions for key customers such as Walmart by using existing toolsets in Power BI, and Snowflake. You will also hold a leadership role in Kenvue’s analytics’ strategy road map by partnering with Supply Chain and Logistics Strategy and Analytics organizations within Kenvue to develop a keen understanding of the retail supply chain business environment/CPFR to craft solutions that meet team’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the data and analysis infrastructure used within the customer logistics and planning functions for the Walmart customer team, applying and building sophisticated data models to support the needs of the business

  • Build new dashboards in Power BI to streamline the CPFR team day-to-day activities and provide new capabilities

  • Maintain existing toolset in Power BI and adapt current capabilities to fit changes in process and data structure

  • Build new tools to take on business challenges using newly-available data sets

  • Develop a keen understanding of the retail supply chain business environment/CPFR to craft solutions that meet users' needs

  • Work to understand the processes of other retailers and scale tools to other customer facing teams where possible

  • Continue to develop the analytics roadmap, define key breakthroughs, prioritize work and provide timely updates to all partners

  • Work with external customers and partners to examine best in class solutions while minimizing cost to serve

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or focused degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred

  • Minimum six (6) years of related experience required

  • Proven analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate, present and influence both verbally and written is required

  • Experience with data visualization tools required; Power BI preferred

  • Experience crafting and writing queries using SQL preferred

  • ERP experience, such as SAP or JDE preferred

  • Familiarity with Retail-Link and Scintilla data platform is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables is required

  • Ability to quickly merge and summarize data/information from different sources, including experience preferred in data management, cleaning, and analysis

  • Experience preferred with Azure data architecture, ETL and Data Science tools such as ADLS, Databricks, Data Factory

  • Python, SQL or other data science and automation programming language preferred

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with constantly evolving priorities and tight due dates

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
