What you will do
The Marketing Analytics Manager will spearhead mental availability analytics research methodologies and drive the marketing mix modeling (MMM) initiatives across the APAC region. You will generate and present consumer insights, conduct special research projects, and provide strategic support and leadership for various marketing efforts. By leveraging business acumen and research findings, you will influence marketing strategies and objectives.:
Key Responsibilities
· Marketing mixed Modelling and Media Analytics
· Collaborate with the MMM agency, global Consumer Business Insights (CBI) team, and local cross-functional teams to enhance the coverage of marketing analytics through MMM across APAC.
· Lead project timelines, budgets and support to govern reports quality and craft actionable insights for multiple cross-market MMM initiatives and assess the quality of region-led MMM report deliverables.
· Conduct MMM simulations to optimize cross-market investment scenarios.
· Visualize Brand and Marketing Expense (BME) and Media future signals, execution health and business outcome cross marketing analytics to inform and shape business strategies.
· Support priority brand penetration tracking, analysis and dashboard.
· Support priority brand’s social listening analysis.
· Support mental availability metrics tracking and dashboards
· Support priority brands monthly business review of external trends & market share update
· Support APAC CBI team’s operation
· Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-market sharing, communicating findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
· Implement marketing analytics strategies aimed at driving business growth and optimizing campaign performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving marketing investments.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing analytics capabilities.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
· +10 years of experience in marketing & advertising analytics or a related field
· Experiences in manage marketing mixed modeling and media analytics experiences in market research and competitive intelligence.
· Experiences working with multiple markets and be able to accommodate timezone to work with partners and teams based in USA, China, Pacific, Japan and India
· Strong project management skills to facilitate the projects with ontime delivery
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as statistics, mathematics, business or equivalent in a related field.
Desired Qualifications
· Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
· Experience in identifying and recommending research methodologies and preferred suppliers on a global basis.
· Experience in conducting special research projects to support further penetration of existing markets, evaluate price, promotion analytics and support new product development.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
