Assistant HCP Brand Manager – Skin Health

Role Purpose

The HCP Assistant Brand Manager in Skin Health will support the development and execution of best-in-class HCP campaigns across AVEENO and Neutrogena, elevating brand credibility with dermatologists, GPs, pharmacists, and other key healthcare professionals (Rx and OTC).

Working closely with the HCP Skin Lead, brand teams, medical, regulatory, sales, and agency partners, this role helps translate brand strategy into compelling, insight-driven HCP activations that drive recommendation, advocacy, and long-term brand growth.

This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about skin health, strong storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration and someone who wants to help shape how two powerhouse brands show up in professional channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. HCP Content & Campaign Development

·       Support the creation of impactful, insight-led HCP campaigns tailored for dermatologists, GPs, pharmacy teams, and broader professional audiences in Northern Europe.

·       Develop and tailor messaging, assets, and educational materials aligned with brand priorities and clinical claims.

·       Adapt and localize global content for the Northern Europe market, ensuring medical accuracy, compliance, and relevance across Rx and OTC environments.

·       Manage day-to-day content production with agencies, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and outputs are high quality.

·       Partner with the HCP Skin Lead to test, refine, and optimize HCP messaging based on insight, performance, and channel learnings.

2. Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration

·       Work closely with the HCP Skin Lead, brand marketing teams, medical affairs, regulatory, sales teams, and pharmacy channel development teams to ensure aligned and integrated professional plans.

·       Support cross-functional meetings, workshops, and milestone reviews, preparing materials and updating stakeholders on progress.

·       Liaise with markets across Northern Europe to understand local needs and ensure assets land effectively in each channel.

·       Build strong partnerships with external agencies, including creative, digital, medical copywriting, and production partners.

·       Ensure all HCP content and activity meet regulatory, promotional, and compliance standards.

3. Digital & Multi-Channel Execution

  • Support the delivery of multi-channel HCP campaigns across email, digital platforms, portals, events, webinars, field force teams, and social channels where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with digital partners to optimize channel performance, segmentation, personalization, and measurement.

  • Track performance of HCP campaigns, reporting on KPIs, learnings, and recommended optimizations.

4. Data, Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Use HCP insights, market data, and performance analytics to help shape future content, campaigns, and brand recommendations.

  • Monitor competitive professional activities across skincare and relevant therapeutic areas.

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks that help drive continuous improvement.

5. Events, Congresses & Education Delivery

  • Support the organization of professional events, webinars, and conferences, including dermatologist meetings, pharmacy education, GP events, and national congresses.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure AVEENO and Neutrogena show up with strong, scientifically credible and engaging experiences.

  • Help develop speaker briefs, scientific materials, stand assets, and post-event follow-up communications.

Required Experience & Skills

Essential

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, OTC, consumer health, or a regulated environment.

  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaign development, ideally including HCP or B2B audiences.

  • Strong creative eye combined with the ability to translate scientific information into compelling storytelling.

  • Experience working with agencies and managing workflows, approvals, and timelines.

  • Ability to collaborate across matrixed teams including marketing, medical, regulatory, and sales.

  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Experience in skincare categories and/or brands with a strong clinical heritage.

  • Understanding of pharmacy and dermatology ecosystems in Northern Europe.

Competencies

  • Creativity & Storytelling: Able to craft engaging, insight-led HCP narratives rooted in brand purpose and science.

  • Initiative: Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to drive work forward with minimal supervision.

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with internal and external partners.

  • Organization: Excellent project management and prioritization skills across multiple projects.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly regulated, multi-brand environment.

What Success Looks Like

·       Delivery of high-quality HCP content and campaigns that strengthen HCP recommendations and build brand equity.

·       Strong partnerships with the HCP Skin Lead, brand teams, agencies, and medical stakeholders.

·       Improved HCP engagement across key channels, events, and pharmacy / derm / GP touchpoints.

·       Smooth, on-time execution across multiple markets and stakeholders.

·       Demonstration of growth mind-set, curiosity, and ability to elevate the way AVEENO and Neutrogena show up in HCP channels.
