What you will do

We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the development, execution and optimisation of brand strategies. This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth through campaign execution, market analysis, product launches and cross-functional collaboration

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support the development and execution of annual brand plans.

  • Assist in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR and trade).

  • Coordinate creative briefs and liaise with agencies to ensure brand consistency.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.

Product & Innovation

  • Support new product development processes from concept to launch.

  • Assist in packaging updates and artwork approvals.

  • Coordinate internal launch plans and sales toolkits.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly performance reports and insights presentations.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Analyse consumer data and category trends.

  • Track competitor activity and pricing strategies.

  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Creative teams.

  • Support retailer presentations and internal stakeholder updates.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across touchpoints.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in a Business / Economics / Marketing / Science / Arts.
  • 4+ years’ marketing experience in FMCG industry.
  • Preference towards experience in a tier 1 FMCG company.
