What you will do

Job Justification

The Associate Brand Manager will support the overall mega brand management and Retail business tracking of the Motrin brand, with a strong focus on mega brand communication and end-to-end management of the Fever Patch subline. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and O2O partners in daily work.

Key Responsibilities

1.       Mega Brand Communication & Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC)

o   Support mega brand communication strategy and develop full-funnel IMC plans across key moments and platforms to strengthen brand equity.

o   Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies (creative, media, digital/social) to ensure brand assets high quality, on-time delivery and execution.

2.       End-to-End (E2E) Management of Fever Patch

o   Own E2E patch product management from strategy and annual plan to in-market execution and lead cross-functional collaboration.

o   Monitor business performance and consumer/competitive trends, identifying opportunities and action plans to accelerate growth.

3.       OTC Product and Business Management

o   Support Motrin OTC product management (SKU maintenance, claims/artwork updates) and cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth delivery.

o   Budget management: own marketing budget planning, allocation, PO/PR processing, and tracking to ensure on-time budget utilization.

o   Regular business and product performance tracking to enable decision-making.

o   Collaborate with O2O team for new growth projects and strengthen execution excellence.
