What you will do

• Retailor-end holistic strategy and mindset building and shaping

• Retailor &instore operation foundation building: distribution tracking and development with channel,  material dock development and optimization, in-store deco and link-sales

• O2O capability building, build training for retailers, and sales teams, develop kenvue influence among retailors

• Development of IT tools & asset libraries, covering data governance, BI dashboards, operational materials, and IT requirement coordination.

• Driving retailor & regional  initiatives: Super nova in low tier market& New Retail Bootcamp
