HybridWhat you will do
The Associate Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing strategic financial insights that support data-driven decisions and profitable business growth. This role will drive commercial performance by optimizing trade investments, analyzing market trends and customer performance, and enhancing forecast accuracy. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with business acumen, supporting the development and execution of financial strategies for the Philippines Consumer Health business.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to drive financial planning, manage trade investments, and support commercial initiatives.
Analyze gross-to-net performance, pricing strategies, and promotional ROI to optimize profitability.
Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Provide insights into channel/customer performance, market trends, and risks/opportunities to influence business decisions.
Lead and mentor junior finance team members while contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and participate in continuous improvement of financial processes.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
6–8 years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance or business partnering
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in trade spend analysis, customer/channel profitability, and forecasting
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical sectors
Exposure to SAP, Power BI, or financial planning systems (e.g., OneStream, Prophix)
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning)
