What you will do

The Associate Manager for US Primary Care, Allergy & Digestive Health will be responsible for supporting and implementing the U.S. Kenvue Primary Care / OTC portfolio marketing strategy. The position will work across the Self-Care business unit to engage and win with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs).

 

Key Responsibilities

With Manager Support, the Associate Manager, will: 

  • Develop and activate the Primary Care / OTC (Allergy & Digestive Health) portfolio business model to increase and accelerate market activation with PCPs for Kenvue brands across the US.  

  • Support the development and implementation of professional omni-channel strategies. 

  • Support relevant new product innovation strategies for the Kenvue primary care OTC portfolio and amplify launch impact with PCPs; champion the development of professionally relevant claims to strengthen overall relevance with PCPs. 

  • Coordinate with all levels and functions in the organization to ensure that professional marketing plans are clearly aligned and deliver on key business priorities via annual business planning process. 

  • Partner with brand teams and CBI to gain consumer insights and marketplace knowledge. Assess marketplace trends, identify issues and opportunities, and monitor global competition. Tracking and monitoring of metrics/KPIs for Professional Marketing & Sales programs/initiatives. 

  • Build relationships and effectively collaborate with Professional Sales, public relations, medical/professional affairs, clinical, research and development, trade and customer marketing to help develop effective professional channel strategies. 

  • Spend time in the field with Professional Sales Representatives to develop fundamental sales team needs. 

What we are looking for

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's (or four-year degree) is required

  • An MBA is preferred

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of business experience is required

  • A minimum of 1 year of progressive marketing experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience is required

  • Experience with HCPs is preferred

  • Experience in Skincare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Packaged Goods is strongly preferred

  • Digital marketing experienced and understanding of Media/technology trends is strongly preferred

  • Candidates must have good communication and influencing skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented

  • Ability to work within and lead a cross functional team required

  • Strong business analytics, strategic thinking, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required

  • Familiarity with segmentation and business analytics; direct experience with web metrics/analytics a plus

  • This position requires up to 10% domestic travel

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
