What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager Intern is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in brand management, assisting with marketing campaigns, and supporting the brand team in various projects:
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative brand strategies to drive market growth and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Performs highly advanced sales and competitive analysis
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand positioning and differentiation
  • Analyzes key performance indicators and financial reports such as budget, commercial policy, price, net sales, and investment level, and suggests improvements
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Assist in creating and implementing brand campaigns and promotions
  • Forecasts demand and participates in review of sales forecasts for assigned product line
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for brand growth
  • Builds inroads with key customer relationships and partnerships for market development and enhanced competitive market share
  • Assist in coordinating with external agencies and vendors for various marketing activities

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Eligible to complete a 4-month internship term in Ontario, Markham. This assignment will take place from May 2026 to August 2026
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles and strategies
  • Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex business challenges
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
