What you will do

The Associate Customer Development Manager on the Last Mile Delivery Team is responsible for developing and executing strategic customer growth plans, delivering financial targets and managing the ongoing customer relationship with DoorDash.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with DoorDash and Kenvue Retail Media teams Kenvue sales and share objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategies to disproportionately grow Kenvue’s sales share in the category.

  • Responsible for the connection with the customers to create and support our overarching demand-driving strategies.

  • Partner with media, shopper, marketing, customer strategy teams, to build robust shopper plans, drive eCommerce strategies forward.

  • Coordinate, analyze, and draw conclusions from a variety of data sources such as customer POS and Pacvue to independently discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations to influence strategies.

  • Build and elevate strategic partnerships and relationships, across multiple levels, within the Last Mile Delivery organization and across Kenvue. Foster relationship with Last Mile Delivery partners, and Kenvue retail media leadership.  

  • Effectively manage trade funding within budget.

  • Serve as a change agent within the eCommerce channel, the customer, and internal Kenvue functions driving and instituting strategies that improve collaborative, innovative efforts that result in increased sales, profit and/or business productivity

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of prior experience in customer sales, customer strategy, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field in a consumer products environment is required

  • Prior experience with data analysis is required

  • Intermediate to sophisticated Excel skills required

  • eCommerce experience or marketplace knowledge or experience is preferred

  • Ability to negotiate with and influence multiple levels of customer leadership

  • Ability to access, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data

  • Ability to build impactful presentations to explain recommendations and findings of analyses, resources, and studies

  • Ability to work optimally within a fast-paced, sophisticated matrix and changing environment

  • Ability to influence decision-makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to ensure a fully aligned customer/company business plan

  • Ability to effectively lead talent, create and execute development plans

  • Ability to identify and assess risk and prioritize competing demands

  • 10% or more travel time will be required

  • Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved by the Company.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110.500,00 - $156.000,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
