What you will do

The Associate Club CMM is responsible for supervising and coaching the sales team to meet sales goals, managing hiring and training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will analyze sales data, support accounts, and collaborate with the sales manager to implement effective sales strategies:
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales teams, trade customization and customer strategy partners to develop and lead club channel 4P strategy for your assigned brands to optimize member acquisition, retention, and achieve business growth targets.
  • Manage daily operations with, but not limited to, supply chain, trade customization and customer strategy partners to effectively allocate resources to enhance member experiences and optimize team performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing and sales activities.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for improving productivity, club pack profitability and expanding market reach.
  • Support team members and customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist Costco customer development team on special projects as assigned by the supervisor to achieve growth targets.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer sales, sales support, or a related role in CPG is required
  • Previous club channel experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with external stakeholders and cross-functional business partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data analysis tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment on critical customers
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market information, and member demographics for strategic planning
     

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous trade customization or supply chain experience is a plus.
  • Strong foundation in strategic thinking and leadership with a track record of motivating teams to exceed performance goals through creative collaboration.
  • Experience in financial management/P&L within a sales or marketing context.
  • Proven ability to harness data-driven insights to craft compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse member demographics.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110.500,00 - $156.000,00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
