What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

The Field Executions Manager is responsible for ensuring that perfect store guidelines are

executed according to set standards within the assigned area following the ISE

principle/guidelines. Supports planning to execution in partnership with the

account/territory/distributor managers and merchandising teams, while ensuring compliance to internal and external guidelines of execution. Field Executions Manager ensures that all national, account-specific, and area-specific campaigns will land in stores in his/her managed area as planned

  • Customer Management. Maintains and nurtures strong partnerships with customers through regular engagements with decision-makers, planning sessions, trade visits and other meetings as needed for seamless execution of perfect store and area-specific activities

  • Brand & Business Development. Works closely with Category Activation Managers and BDM/Account/Territory/Distributor Managers for the alignment of brand and account strategies and oversees the sector’s efficient and effective execution/implementation of ISE programs, campaigns and promotions in area and stores covered

  • Internally, works with business partners to execute programs, address issues or develop process improvements that aid the smooth execution of planned initiatives to customers.

  • Attends regular business rhythm meetings such as M+3, Customer Days, Area Coordination Meetings, Mid-cycle and Annual Business Reviews

  • Resource Management. In collaboration with Field Sales Managers (for area-specific initiatives), works within budgets and ensures the appropriate allocation and disbursement of campaign/execution funds, the evaluation of their use, and their utilization according to company policies

  • Business Strategy & Planning. Utilizes localized/area-specific customer/shopper understanding and insights to input and contribute in the creation of a long-range strategic plan and the annual business plan for the area.

  • Innovation. Spots opportunities for field executions process improvement or business development and recommends projects to take advantage of them.

  • Orchestrates execution of Perfect Store imperatives in-store for total area based on ISE set standards in collaboration with Field Sales and Merchandising Team

  • Monitors regularly compliance of identified doors to Perfect Store standards through fieldworks and merchandising team engagements

  • Develops central hub of perfect store reports per door and per RE in area to be able to monitor progress of adherence

  • Leads regular cascades of business planning guide and other cycle priorities to merchandising team and ensures that this is implemented as planned

  • Leads merchandising structure deployment optimizations in support of perfect store executions

  • Supports Category Activation Managers by leading initiatives to flawlessly execute national activations in their areas through intensive coordination with ASM/CDM/DDM and supports to provide consolidated feedback on execution status

  • Regularly monitors and develops recommendations to the team on improving National and Account Execution Indices

  • Provides trade insights in the pre-planning of BPG and cycle priorities to ensure activity is workable in the area

  • Collaborates with Category Activation Managers to develop central hub of promo and merchandising implementation records, execution pictures, updates, status reports, trade intelligence and innovations in the area

  • Inputter in the evaluation of the promotion for his/her area

  • Leads and controls business planning documents such as Area LEPs, Area SMACs and other relevant documents

  • Leads in the coordination with Field Sales Managers and Shopper Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of big area-specific initiatives (as detailed in the Field Activation Brief which field sales initiates) ensuring TP spending for materials and manpower are within projection

  • Ensures flawless area-specific execution of planned activations according to set standards

  • Leads and manages Field Execution Manager’s PAs in ensuring administrative tasks are done flawlessly as a pre-requisite to any activation execution

  • Manages deployment strategies and works with third-party agencies to ensure flawless execution and delivery of planned pre-identified area initiatives

  • Engages Distributors/Acabar merchandising team to ensure seamless execution of promotions, national, account-specific and area-specific activations
     

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a college or university course in Business Management or any equivalent course.

  • At least three years sales management experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company, with a minimum of one year experience in account-management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Strong sense of accountability and responsibility

  • Organized and has the ability to move results forward with internal and external interacts

  • A quick learner and is highly adaptable to change

  • Analytical and has a keen eye on details

  • Proficient communication skills: oral and written business correspondence, presentation planning and delivery

  • Intermediate MS Office capabilities: Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint

  • Experienced driver with a valid driver’s license

  • Willing to travel and go on fieldwork
