HybridWhat you will do
The Associate Manager, Revenue Growth Management plays a critical role in enabling profitable growth by delivering deep, actionable analytics and insights across our RGM levers: Strategic Pricing, Portfolio Management, Promo optimization, and Commercial Terms.
This is a hands on, analytical role responsible for turning large, complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that directly influence commercial decisions. The role supports RGM Managers and Senior Managers and partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Insight Generation
Conduct deep analytical work to support RGM initiatives across pricing, pack architecture, mix, GTN, and commercial terms.
Build and maintain analytical models (e.g., price elasticity, promo lift, mix attribution, GTN waterfalls, scenario analyses).
Identify performance drivers and root causes behind revenue, margin, and net price realization outcomes.
Problem Solving & Structuring
Break down ambiguous commercial questions into structured analytical approaches.
Develop hypotheses, test them with available data, and refine insights iteratively.
Support “no playbook” questions by helping design analytical frameworks where standard RGM approaches do not exist.
Data Management & Modeling
Work with large, complex datasets from syndicated sources (e.g., Circana/NIQ), retailer portals, and internal financial systems.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clear documentation of assumptions and methodologies.
Create repeatable templates and tools to improve efficiency and scalability of RGM analytics.
Insight Communication & Storytelling
Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights that nontechnical stakeholders can act on.
Develop charts, tables, and summaries that highlight the “so what” and implications for decisions.
Support preparation of executive ready materials for leadership and customer discussions.
Cross Functional Support
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support planning, in year optimization, and post event reviews.
Provide analytical support to joint business planning (JBP) and customer specific deep dives.
Respond to adhoc analytical requests while maintaining prioritization and rigor.
Qualifications:
Required:
2–5 years of experience in analytics, commercial finance, category management, RGM, or a related CPG or consulting role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to work through large, complex datasets.
Ability to logically structure problems, even when inputs are incomplete or imperfect.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort building scenario analyses and sensitivity tests.
Ability to clearly explain insights, not just produce analysis.
Bias toward being a hands-on doer who owns work end-to-end.
Desired:
Experience in CPG and/or consulting within CPG is strongly preferred.
Exposure to one or more RGM adjacent areas (pricing, promotions, customer planning, category management, commercial finance).
Familiarity with CPG syndicated data (Circana/NIQ, Numerator) or retailer portals.
Experience supporting customer or category level commercial decisions.
