We are now looking for a Brand Activation Manager to lead the local execution of brand strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities, while analyzing performance and guiding agency partners. In this role, you will lead Nicorette (OTC)—a priority brand in Sweden—and report to the Nordic Brand Activation Lead.
At Nicorette, we believe every step toward quitting matters. We support consumers as a trusted, science‑backed partner to help overcome cravings and build a tobacco- and nicotine‑free life. In the BAM role, you will also contribute to the development of the “Made in Sweden” concept, showcasing Nicorette’s Swedish manufacturing and heritage. Key Responsibilities
- You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and other internal and external stakeholders, monitor brand performance, and identify market opportunities to drive growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Design and execute brand activation campaigns that engage target audiences, strengthen brand visibility, and drive measurable engagement across both HCP (healthcare professional) and consumer segments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with cluster marketing, sales, medical and regulatory teams, and advertising agencies to develop best-in-class brand activation and eg. point-of-purchase initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven local insights and define new business opportunities
- Act as marketing lead for local customer & trade marketing initiatives. Orchestrate physical in-store and digital online activations, and promotional strategies to foster customer loyalty and expand market share.
- Nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including, e.g. HCPs, consumers, and business clients to drive market development and competitive advantage.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in brand management, brand activation, experiential marketing, or related specialist roles
- Proven ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret market data and translate insights into creative activation solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
Desired Qualifications
Completed LIF training (Ethical rules for the pharmaceutical industry)
Exceptional project management skills with a flair for coordinating multi-channel campaigns under tight deadlines
Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions and overcome challenges
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide external agencies and internal teams toward achieving strategic objectives
