HybridWhat you will do
As Neutrogena® Brand Assistant you will be responsible for supporting Brand & Skincare category growth for Mexico market by identifying key consumer opportunities including price/promo strategies, distribution, portfolio & local Innovation gaps and supporting online / offline media campaigns levers, with a data driven mindset and market data analyses. The position requires to strategically connect with multifunctional local teams to secure excellence in execution and must have an analytical mindset to plan, execute and monitor all initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market and business intelligence databases and reports to identify brand growth opportunities across all levers like price, distribution, promotion and in-store execution securing end-to-end implementation
- Lead local marketing projects and collaborate with multi‑functional like Sales, Shopper, Finance, Innovation and Regulatory to ensure cohesive execution
- Ensure budget control and monthly pacing reviews of brand marketing expenses
- Support brand Media campaigns and Social activations connecting with internal and external agencies to guarantee a flawless execution
- Partner with Innovation and Shopper to plan and design the right Go-to-Market for local innovation projects for the next 2 years in Modern and E-comm environment
- Support secure on-time Regional launches by developing full listing kits with commercial teams and keeping close post-launch tracking
- Connect with Professional Marketing team to secure right plan execution and messaging consistency across touchpoints
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- +2 years of experience in marketing, commercial areas or related
- Strong analytical skills translating data and insights into brand solutions
- Excellent communication, multi-functional collaboration skills and teamwork
- Self-motivation and organization skills to lead multiple projects at the same time

- Microsoft Office proficiency, mainly with Excel data
