What you will do

We’re recruiting for Brand & Digital Marketing Intern focusing on our Premium Skin Health brands. This role is designed for a highly analytical and digitally native first graduate eager to dive into a premium, competitive skin health brand. You will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth through cutting-edge digital analysis and content strategy.

Our Internship program is a six-month experience to help final year/recent Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship.  This role will enable the intern to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom.  This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment aiming to start as soon as possible.

Project & Responsibilities:

The successful intern will be tasked with a high-impact, visible projects:

  • Social Commerce Growth Strategy: Deep analysis of the brand and key competitor's performance. Identify emerging creator trends and white spaces. Pitch, execute, and track creator campaign, presenting findings to the Brand Manager

  • Digital Performance Deep Dive: Assist the Brand Manager in managing weekly/monthly aggregation and analysis of digital marketing KPIs (eg. media upper/mid funnel campaign, KOL/content impact)

  • 360 Brand Campaign Support: Assist the Brand Manager by tracking integrated campaign execution milestones across digital platforms and offline activations (eg. digital acceleration, product launch, PR activation)

What we are looking for

  • Final year/recent Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field with demonstrated academic excellence

  • Passion for skincare and beauty with a genuine interest in premium segment

  • Proven active knowledge and experience with TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging social platforms

  • Familiarity with creator/influencer/KOL ecosystems is critical

  • Excellent analytical skills: Capable of interpreting data from social media analytics, e-commerce, and campaign reports to derive actionable insights

  • Exceptional attention to detail for project management, data integrity, and asset review (eg. social media content post)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies/creators

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial, and resourceful mindset with a willingness to take ownership of projects with limited supervision
