The Brand Manager for Global Neutrogena Sun Portfolio is responsible for identifying and executing innovation, claims and communications required to drive global growth on Neutrogena Sun platforms. This role will be highly collaborative as you will partner with cross-functional teams and global partners to shape, test and execute opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s innovation, comms and claims strategies to drive its success globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage data backed insights and outside-in thinking to identify emerging trends that will inform strategic direction of global strategy and 3-year innovation pipeline.

  • Lead execution of innovation projects with cross-functional partners (Consumer Business Intelligence, R&D, PMO, Packaging, Design, Legal, Regulatory & Commercial) to develop new products, services, claims from conception to execution.

  • Collaborate with global partners, cross-functional teams, HCPs, agencies and influencers to craft, test and execute innovations, owning project timelines, business case development, and supporting key leadership touchpoints.

  • Partner with Commercial and Customer Strategy teams to ensure new products deliver on growth, revenue and profitability goals.

  • Partner with R&D and Customer Strategy to create impactful innovation sell stories.

  • Develop deep understanding of key markets; launch product toolkits that excite local marketing teams and retailers.

  • Support the shaping and lead the execution of Neutrogena Sun communication campaigns; inspiring creative and influencer agencies to deliver campaigns that drive mental availability for the brand and platform.

  • Manage budget for Neutrogena Sun Brand Development

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management and innovation

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication, storytelling, project management skills and an ability to influence

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others

  • Experience leading cross-functionals to develop consumer-centric product innovation

  • Experience leading cross-functionals and agencies to develop a communications strategy for Digital marketing experience is critical

  • Budget management and forecasting experience

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
