What you will do

Working within the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for implementing one of our consumer marketing strategies on a brand (or portfolio of brands with less complexity). You will work closely with a broad multi-functional team and marketing leadership to create execute & track brand plans through the path to purchase (1 YOP). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and interpret brand strategy and execute with perfection on 1YOP
  • Deliver brand Targets on NTS, GP and Share.
  • Lead launch of NPI or support elements of strategically important NPI to ensure flawless execution.
  • Conduct regular analysis of available data e.g. sales, shares, penetration etc and Turn data and insights into action to win with consumers. Analysis quality to be shareable up to GM level. 
  • Develop retail ready plans for your brand to deliver Category growth and support presentations to key Customers
  • Build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales & market share in your Brand
  • Lead media and flow plans and work with media partners to implement optimizations to digital campaigns
  • Work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability.
  • Lead external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing teams to drive harmony across brands & demonstrate insights.
  • Partner with Shopper team for effective instore solutions at best possible ROI
  • Support HCP team in delivery of strong partnerships that result in more and better-quality recommendations.
  • Partner with legal and regulatory teams to ensure zero tolerance for compliance gaps across brand executions
  • Flawlessly Manages brand budget/ expenses across the full purchase to payments cycle.
  • Champion your brand within the broader organization.
  • Attend and contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning processes.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in marketing and brand management
  • University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Marketing or related field
  • Proven ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour to drive brand growth and market share
  • Experience in developing and launching new products or services in the market
  • Demonstrated resilience – has managed through tough circumstances and grown from it
  • Operator mindset – willing to roll up sleeves, show accountability for work and impact
  • Language: Advanced English and communication in oral and written form is required

Key Competencies

  • Demonstrates an understanding of all elements of Brand strategy and its impact on the marketing mix choices across the Must Win Battles.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of consumer, shopper and marketplace trends and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage
  • Leverages project management tools and techniques to define project objectives, milestones, scope, as well as track projects and initiate potential process improvements
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand P&L and its components to determine implications of marketing decisions on brand profitability and build business cases
  • Strong analytical capabilities to lead brand performance analysis and deliver recommendations to the Multifunctional team for action
  • Shows good understanding of media landscape including Influencer, the role and effectiveness of differing touchpoints for achieving different objectives.
  • Draws on knowledge and experience of key drivers of demand forecast to address key components and accuracy of forecasting in partnership with Supply Chain
  • Understanding of HCP and support the delivery of key initiatives against “the science of selling” with HCP leads.
  • Collaborative attitude to nurture healthy relationships with agencies, vendors, multi-functional teams, HCP’s, and other key partners to support business growth.
