HybridWhat you will do
The Brand Manager – Global Segment Marketing is responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager on global brand strategy, developing new concepts and products, building strong networks, and developing assets to support product launches. As a Manager, you will work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication to ensure brand integrity and meet future needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new concepts and products; support development of brand 3YOP plan
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure OTIF product launches
Support Senior Brand Manager in global, multi-media communication campaigns for both total brand and new product launches
Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and increase HH penetration
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Manage and/or mentor 1-2 brand professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Provide appropriate promotional materials and work across all elements of the marketing mix and use appropriate channels of communication
Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in brand marketing or related field.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.
Proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive business plans.
Ability to work productively with external agencies and cross functional groups within the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
