The Brand Manager – US Neutrogena Makeup is responsible for developing and executing the tactical annual marketing plan, making recommendations for the development of company marketing strategy, identifying and implementing local marketing opportunities, establishing and managing relationships with outside vendor agencies, and creating and directing annual communications, research, and public relations plans to support the strategic marketing plan:
Key Responsibilities
Shape and deliver holistic marketing strategy for US Neutrogena Makeup
Manage Neutrogena Makeup P&L and investment strategy; provide insights that inform strategic decisions to maximize NTS and Brand Contribution
Coordinate the development of annual three-year strategic plan and 12-month business plan to outline strategic objectives, key initiatives, and financial targets
Lead portfolio management strategy discussions (revenue growth management, price architecture, business simplification) for U.S. Neutrogena Makeup
Coordinate team to build holistic, insight-driven consumer activations that deliver meaningful results
Coordinate team to consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth opportunities
Lead the commercialization of product launches for U.S. market and the communications plan for the category
Oversee health of business reporting and forecasting, representing financial position, risks and opportunities to leadership
Build trusting relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize business outcomes
Lead, coach and help the development of team of two direct-line reports
Collaborate with commercial partners to win in omnichannel
Influence Global team to deliver best innovation to win in the U.S.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of related experience in Beauty industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
Strong knowledge of marketing and Mass Makeup experience required
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated success in enabling business growth and strategy development
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize forecast and predict outcomes on the basis of complex business data and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, conflict and complexity
Strong demonstration of all behaviors of our Leadership Imperatives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of the US market, consumer trends, and market fit-for-use, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
