What you will do

As Brand & Shopper Activation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive shopper engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful campaigns that influence purchasing decisions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies and operating plans.
  • Drive long‑term category planning, including NPI pipeline management.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand communication across all touchpoints.
  • Lead budget planning, management, and optimization for all brand initiatives.
  • Create or localize insight‑driven marketing campaigns and oversee shopper & customer activations across offline and online channels.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives, including development of POS materials and digital assets, ensuring best‑in‑class in‑store and digital execution.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, evaluating campaign and promotion effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong cross‑functional, customer, and agency partnerships to ensure aligned, high‑quality delivery.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of shopper behavior and marketing strategies
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must.
  • Proven ability to translate data into compelling brand narratives and actionable marketing strategies
  • Ability to merge creative thinking with analytical insights to design shopper-centric brand initiatives
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, shopper behavior analytics, and experiential brand activation techniques
  • Experience in driving campaigns balancing brand integrity with shopper engagement objectives
  • Passion for pushing creative boundaries in a fast-paced marketing environment
