HybridWhat you will do
The BUF Sr Analyst is responsible for managing financials of Kenvue teams in Brazil, focused on providing accurate visibility of P&L results and forecast while supporting strategic decisions with consistent financial insights to the business stakeholders. Strong responsibility to drive decision making and influence the Sales team to seek business profitability and strong growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering Leadership: Provides financial leadership and guidance to Business Partner while bringing their Risks and Opportunities to the discussion; and overall BVA and Ad Hoc analysis to guarantee a profitable business.
Support business in a fast-changing market (digitalization, standardization, consolidation), while identifying opportunities to grow in a challenging market environment
P&L Management: guarantee P&L tracking and analysis; present review for management teams; influence decisions and action plans for a profitable business and to achieve our targets.
Support CIW analysis and ROI assuring P&L consistency and sustainable / profitable business growth
Provide financial and strategic guidance on S&OE and IBP cycles leveraging on market trends, return on investments, price elasticity and competitor’s choices
Close monitoring and understanding of price movements, SKU mix and cost impacts to anticipate risks and seek profitability opportunities
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience in Finance is required and experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus.
Experience with financial modelling and Financial Statements analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Microsoft Office required, SAP preferred and Power BI desired.
Intermediate English is required.
Strong communications skills required (presentations, listening, written skills).
