What you will do

The Mkt Finance Analyst is responsible for managing financials of Kenvue Essential Health brands in Brazil, focused on providing accurate visibility of P&L results and forecast while supporting strategic decisions with consistent financial insights to Johnson’s Baby squad stakeholders. Strong responsibility to drive decision making and influence the Marketing team to seek for business profitability and strong growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnering Leadership: Provides financial leadership and guidance to Business Partner while bringing their Risks and Opportunities to the discussion; and overall BVA and Ad Hoc analysis to guarantee a profitable business.

  • Support business in a fast-changing market (digitalization, standardization, consolidation), while identifying opportunities to grow in a challenging market environment

  • P&L Management: guarantee P&L tracking and analysis; present review for management teams; influence decisions and action plans for a profitable business and to achieve our targets.

  • Support portfolio analysis and NPI cycles assuring P&L consistency and sustainable / profitable business growth

  • Provide financial and strategic guidance on IBP cycles leveraging on market trends, return on investments, price elasticity and competitor’s choices

  • Close monitoring and understanding of price movements, SKU mix and cost impacts to anticipate risks and seek profitability opportunities

                 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Finance is required and experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus.

  • Experience with financial modelling and Financial Statements analysis (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) is required.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

  • Microsoft Office required, SAP preferred and Power BI desired.

  • Advanced English

  • Strong communications skills required in Portuguese and English (presentations, listening, written skills).
