What you will do

The Business Intelligence Manager, Walmart is a critical role on the Kenvue Walmart Team. It is responsible for building, developing, leading and advancing business intelligence to fuel growth and partnership at Walmart. As the Business Intelligence Lead, you will have the opportunity to advance reporting and create efficiencies to uncover omni business and category opportunities, while being responsible for total Walmart Enterprise for customer development functions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create workstreams for daily needs as well as create a roadmap for strategic priority projects to continue advancing Kenvue on a 3-5 year trajectory
  • Create proprietary tools to unlock new growth or partnership with the customer
  • Demonstrate strong functional/technical skills, analytical skills, collaboration, project leadership, thought leadership, and pull together recommendations and output from their understanding of the business from cross-functional partners and Walmart
  • Lead digital transmission, collection, and management of large volumes of internal and external customer data and develop predictive data models to provide improved business insights
  • Leverage advanced tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake DB, Azure SQL, ETL tools and Robotic Process Automation tools) across multiple datasets (Scintilla, Circana, Numerator, Stackline, internal data) using programming languages and implementing advanced techniques (machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive modeling) to drive growth
  • Lead the cloud native advanced data analytics product solution and architecture recommendations as well as outline the IT vision and strategy and develop the implementation plans and strategies to lead the organization’s digital transformation

What we’re looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree in management, analytics, computer applications, information systems or logistics is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with building and implementing digital automation, data visualization, database coding, web tools, cloud, and business intelligence reporting tools including but not limited to Power BI, IMB Cognos Analytics, Alteryx, Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Oracle Database 11g, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, Python and Alation, Azure, JDA/BY Cloud
  • A minimum of four years of proven experience in the consumer packaged goods industry – business intelligence, customer insights, category management, shopper insights, and/or supply chain for consumer or relevant business experience
  • Analytical expertise and experience working with Retail Link/Scintilla syndicated data, panel data, shopper-card data
  • Prior working experience with Walmart
  • Ability to problem-solve, uncover root-causes and manage complex projects with multiple data sources while coalescing cross-functional business partners to deliver a business-driving result
  • Strong digital literacy, including advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and database management with an ability to draw accurate conclusions
  • Extensive knowledge of omni retail customer store and digital operations, structure, strategy and retail execution tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to independently devise work scheduling for others and to organize and complete assigned work
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor presentation style to a variety of key decision makers
  • Experience in Walmart Department 2-Personal Care, Department 40-OTC or Department 79-Baby categories is preferred

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
