The Change Enablement Leader is responsible for designing, leading and driving successful execution & adoption of the People function’s change initiatives.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that change is delivered cohesively, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustained impact. You will work closely with project managers, technology partners, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to weave together an impactful change narrative, execution plan and deliver measurable outcomes. This role ensures that stakeholders are informed, engaged, equipped to adapt to change, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Design and deliver communications plans & assets that effectively convey change objectives, benefits, and impacts to all stakeholders. Create engaging and gamified content for various channels, including emails, intranet, presentations, newsletters, and town halls.
Partner with senior leaders, project managers, technology partners, subject matters experts and HR to align change activities with business goals.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and support for change initiatives.
Identify potential risks and resistance to change; develop mitigation strategies and support mechanisms.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and address concerns.
Collaborate with project managers, technology partners and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of change activities.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating feedback into future change initiatives.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change and communication initiatives, adjusting approaches as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide coaching and support to partners, subject matter experts, the project team throughout the change process. Build change capability, minimizing resistance, and enhancing employee engagement.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications related to change initiatives.
Maintain a repository of change management tools, templates, and best practices.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in change enablement / change management.
University/Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
Solid experience with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
Proven track record of delivering complex change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
Experience with digital transformation and technology-driven change is a plus.
Desired Qualifications
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others towards a common goal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on digital solutions
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication platforms.
