The Channel Planning, CBD is responsible for leading staff in strategic development, analyzing results, participating in business planning sessions, overseeing budgets, working together with sales team to achieve business goals:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative channel planning strategies to drive growth in the CBD channel
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel plans and initiatives
Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to recommend new approaches for channel optimization
Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to continuously improve channel effectiveness and ROI
Lead and direct cross-functional teams in defining, designing, and implementing new features to achieve organizational and regional goals
Budget management on both TP and CP in CBD.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in channel planning and sales, especially the experience in retail channel planning
Proven track record of successfully leading channel planning initiatives and driving business growth
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate team
University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent
Desired Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
