Role reports to: China EH/SH Product Development R&D lead

Location: Shanghai

Travel %:~10%

What you will do

The Senior scientist is responsible for planning and conducting moderately complex experiments, analyzing results, keeping accurate records, and providing solutions to problems of moderate complexity:

Key Responsibilities

·       Technically manage existing products portfolio of certain brands in China. Support product or formula related troubleshooting or consumer complaints.

·       Support Compliance reformulation or BCP (Business Continuity Plan) projects of post launch products

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Masters Degree or Equivalent in cosmetic or related field

·       2 years+ of proven working experience in scientific research and experimentation

·       Experience in conducting moderately complex experiments and analyzing data

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

·       Demonstrated ability to design and execute experiments independently

·       Strong understanding of scientific principles and methodologies

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate research findings effectively

·       Familiarity with scientific writing and documentation practices

·       Experience with data analysis tools and software applications
