As an Junior Scientist in R&D, you will play a key role in supporting the development and continuous improvement of our Baby portfolio.
You will contribute to product innovation by executing experiments, analyzing data, and supporting technical changes — always with a focus on quality, compliance, and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute laboratory experiments to support product development and improvements
Implement technical changes in existing Baby products, ensuring performance, safety, and compliance
Support initiatives focused on product optimization and complexity reduction, improving reliability and consumer experience
Conduct investigations and troubleshooting activities (development & post-launch) under technical guidance
Analyze experimental data and translate findings into practical recommendations
Prepare and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation and reports
Support regulatory activities, including documentation for product registration (e.g., ANVISA)
Ensure compliance with Quality standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in product development or laboratory environment is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
Desired Qualifications
• Intermediate English (ability to read, write, and participate in meetings)
