HybridWhat you will do
As a Commercial Accounting Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in North America’s financial operations (USA & CANADA), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and impactful insights.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Accounting & Operations
- Execute end‑to‑end activities related to trade promotions accounting and support additional commercial accounting processes including gross-to-net, rebates, coupons, billings, deferrals, reserves, and revenue recognition.
- Support Brand & Marketing Expenses (BME) and royalties accounting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, US GAAP, and SEC regulations.
- Support internal and external audit requests, partnering with Legal Entity Controllership.
- Standardize and harmonize accounting processes across regions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, new accounting standards, and enabling technologies.
Compliance & Controls
- Support audit processes initiated by Legal Entity Controllership.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure strong audit outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in accounting, problem‑solving, communication, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Openness to new ideas, fast‑paced change, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in Commercial Accounting preferred.
- Solid US GAAP knowledge desirable.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
