What you will do

The Commercial Accounting Team Lead is responsible for leading the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will oversee the revenue cycle process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue opportunities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making for the APAC region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support strategic planning
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and implement best practices for financial reporting and analysis
  • Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
  • Create and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting and planning.
  •  Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

Compliance

  •  Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
  • Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  •  A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance. CPA or CMA certification is a plus   
  • Fluent in English, other language skills desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or finance, process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Blackline, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
