What you will do

Develops and facilitates key business assessment and reviews processes focused on identifying opportunities and risks associated with achieving plans. Provides information and analysis related to area market. Assists sales and marketing management team in constructing sales forecast and budgets. Manages the design, development, implementation process of Sales Analytics. Recommends policy, procedures, work standards & organizational changes to meet business goals & objectives. Develops special projects to support sales revenue generation. Identifies market related information needs, and possible data sources in collaboration with sales and marketing. Provides financial, statistical or business analyses on complex business situations including pricing, product, and contract. Monitors and resolves issues in the development and implementation of plans and tools to facilitate and improve sales and marketing functions. Manages and uses market research surveys and external databases to determine customer satisfaction, competitive pricing, customer preferences and buying patterns and trends, and so on. Develops and manages departmental budget.
